Theme - "Wind Swept on the Beach" 

This is a Surprise Design. FSFA International will provide a container, foam, foliage and hardgoods. 

THE CONTESTANT MUST PROVIDE their own tools and talent. This is a timed competition to be designed on site. 

This competition is open to all paid members of FSFA International.

Registration Fee - $50.00. Fees are non-refundable.
